Building the Future: An Invitation to Join the Djinn’s Treasure Sanctuary Project

At Djinn’s Treasure, our journey has always been about more than just jewelry. It’s about the energy we put into the world, the stories we tell through wire and stone, and the community we build along the way. Now, we are ready to take that vision a step further—and we’re looking for the right partners to join us.

The Vision: An Artisan Sanctuary

We are beginning the journey of acquiring land in a tropical paradise to establish a dedicated artisan sanctuary. This won’t just be a home or a studio; it will be a sustainable, collaborative ecosystem where creativity, permaculture, and community intersect.

Sustainable Innovation: Earthships & Quonsets

We aren't just looking for land; we are planning a space designed to last and work in harmony with the environment. Our vision for the sanctuary includes:

  • Earthship Structures: Utilizing thermal mass, natural ventilation, and integrated water recycling to create off-grid homes that stay cool in tropical climates without the need for external power.

  • Quonset Designs: Incorporating high-durability, cost-effective steel arches for workshop and gallery spaces. These structures provide the open-concept, industrial-scale space needed for large-scale artistry while remaining resilient against the elements.

Where the Compass is Pointing

While our roots are currently in Chicago, our eyes are on the horizon. We are actively researching and scouting locations that resonate with our mission:

  • El Salvador: Our strongest interest lies here. The energy is palpable, and the growth—especially within the artisan and tech-forward communities—presents an incredible opportunity for a ground-up project.

  • Puerto Rico: With its vibrant culture and unique status, PR offers a beautiful blend of Caribbean life and accessible community-building potential.

  • The Sacred Valley, Peru: For a deeper connection to history and spirituality, the Sacred Valley remains a top contender for a truly transformative retreat space.

  • Africa: We are also investigating emerging opportunities across the continent, looking for the right land and local partnerships that align with a sustainable, global vision.

We Are Looking for Partners

Building a sanctuary is a collective effort. We are seeking like-minded individuals, investors, or fellow creators who are:

  1. Interested in collaborative land acquisition.

  2. Passionate about sustainable living and permaculture.

  3. Looking to invest in a lifestyle that prioritizes creative freedom and community.

Whether you have expertise in international real estate, a shared dream of tropical living, or the capital to help make this vision a reality, we want to hear from you.

How to Connect

This is the "seed" stage, and we are looking for the right people to help it grow. If this vision resonates with you, let’s start a conversation.
